Situated in the heart of Devon, it is an ideal base for exploring the rugged uplands of Dartmoor & Exmoor or the beaches and coves of the north or south Devon coasts all within easy driving distance. Or you may wish to relax and unwind in the garden. Within easy walking distance of the village pub/restaurant.

Self contained Bed and Breakfast Suite for two, set in a large and secluded woodland garden. The accommodation is a unique combination of all the luxuries of Bed & Breakfast with an independent apartment.

Set in the heart of Devon countryside, just outside the village of Yeoford, 4 miles from the Dartmoor National Park and 12 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter.

A lounge with kitchen and dining areas, 32" LCD TV with HD Freeview and DVD player, radio/CD (a small library of DVD's & CD's) Microwave Cooker, full size fridge, toaster & kettle. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and chocolate biscuits. Hall with stairs to bedroom, mahogany sleigh bed, pocket sprung mattress and a spacious bathroom. Opening off the lounge area is a large raised deck with hardwood furniture and parasol (in season) overlooking 1.5 acre woodland garden which is packed with a wide variety of plants for year round interest.

Breakfast is served in the dining room of the main house to be chosen from a comprehensive menu to include local sausages, bacon & free range eggs for the traditional breakfast, or choose alternatives such as Smoked Haddock with Poached Eggs, Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon all served with our own freshly baked bread.

The apartment is an ideal retreat for those seeking privacy and seclusion, with the benefits of serviced accommodation. You will have your own key to come and go as you wish.

Yeoford station is within half a mile (picturesque Tarka line) where you can take the train to Exeter & Exmouth in one direction, or Barnstaple and Okehampton in the other passing through a patchwork of fields and wooded river valleys, should you wish to leave your car behind for the day.

We have our local village pub/restaurant within easy walking distance or a choice of other pubs or restaurants within a few miles. We have plenty of off-road parking (behind closed gates at night).

You can leave your car behind for the day and take the train to Barnstaple, on the picturesque Tarka line in one direction, or Exeter/Exmouth in the other.
