The Villa consists of 6 rooms (3 rooms with full-size beds and 3 rooms with two individual beds) and 5 bathrooms (shower/lavatory). The comfortable rooms offer an amazing view into nature. There is a dining-hall with a covered terrace and a Tuscan-style fireplace-room. You may enjoy a cosy evening in cooler seasons there. The Villa features many antiques and original terracotta floors.
Furthermore, there are a gatekeeper's house (2 rooms and two bathrooms) as well as a frame house (2 rooms, bathroom and small kitchen) for individual lodging available.
Villa Cardeto is especially suited for seminars and advanced training. Naturally, we lease apartments or rooms to smaller groups, individual travellers or families. The Villa Cardeto is a popular estate for wedding receptions, a small chapel and suited premises are available on demand.

Directions
By car: The Villa is easy to reach by car, as it is conveniently situated for traffic. Just leave the Autostrada A1 at the Exit Arezzo and follow the signs to Sansepolcro on SS73 and E78 (Highway). Shortly (2km) after Le Ville follow the signs on your left to Scoiano and Cardeto until you reach the gates of the Villa after 2km.
By plane: The closest airports are Bologna, Florenz, Rimini and Pisa. These airports are serviced by several airways. There are options for car rental on all airports. i.e. Avis, Hertz, Sixt.
By train: The closest city is Arezzo (30 km). Arrezo is on the main railway line of the North-South service of the Italian railway and has a Inter-City train station. There is a continuous bus service to Anghiari. If you let us know your time of arrival, we would of course pick you up in Anghiari. To plan your journey by train, we recommend the online timetable of the Italian Railway.
