    Description

    Our aim at Springhill Farm is to provide home from home comfort.
    All our properties include: TV, DVD, digital free view, video, refrigerator, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, highchair, stair gate, barbeque and outdoor seating area, bed linen (duvets), towels and tea towels, coal and electricity and off-road parking. (Linen not provided for cots or z-beds.)

    The luxury barn conversions also provide all the added luxuries you would expect from five star accommodation. dishwasher, under floor central heating, log burning stoves, internet connections, telephone, double glazing, large cookers and digital Freeview. On arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome pack, which includes a selection of local produce.

    All our cottages have private patios and gardens to the front and a courtyard to the rear. There is also a fenced children's play area with a selection of ball games.

    At Springhill Farm we understand that nothing spoils a holiday more than fretting about your four-legged member of the family. Northumberland is a great place for dogs; the wide-open expanses turn 'walkies' into a great adventure. So at Springhill Farm we are happy to welcome the whole family and dogs too.

    The Hemmell - sleeps 6
    The Hemmell incorporates both modern and traditional interior design, mixing contemporary features and luxurious touches together.
    Ground Floor: Private patio to the front, shared court yard at the rear, lounge area, toilet/cloak room, kitchen and dining area.
    First Floor: Two twin bedrooms both with ensuite facilities, one double bedroom, large family bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms offers zip and link beds, giving you the option to have a twin or large six foot
    double bed.

    The Bothy - sleeps 6
    The Bothy offers ground floor accommodation and has the most amazing views across open countryside the sea and Bamburgh castle. It has open plan living and kitchen area with vaulted roof space, the east wall has widows its full length from floor to ceiling giving you the feeling of outdoor living.
    Ground Floor:- Sitting area kitchen -- dining room, double room with en suit, one twin room, one twin room with en suit, with zip and link beds, family bathroom and, private patio to the front, shared court yard at the rear.

    The Engine House - sleeps 4
    This remarkable luxury accommodation is for those who appreciate style and attention to detail.
    Ground Floor: Spacious open plan lounge with kitchen/dining room. French doors leading to secluded terrace.
    First Floor: One double bedroom, one twin bedroom offering zip and link bed giving you the option of twin beds or an extra large 6ft double bed. Both rooms are ensuite with bath and over head shower. Large open landing with sitting area

    The Full Granary - sleeps 8-10
    The Granary and The Engine House are linking properties therefore can be booked as a whole to sleep 14.

    Once you arrive at The Granary we can guarantee you will find it hard to draw yourself away from its farmhouse charms, which are cleverly incorporated with modern technology and truly indulgent characteristics.
