    Description

    Having parked your vehicle in the allocated space in the private courtyard you will notice immediately the peaceful and tranquil nature of the property's position together with the colourful garden. On entering The Hemmel you will feel at home - the house is warm, bright, spacious and very welcoming.

    On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen which has an island as a feature. You will not be short of space to store your groceries! The floor has rustic tiles which radiate heat from the underfloor heating.

    There is a breakfast area just outside the kitchen. This area captures the sun from early morning to dusk. A great place to relax & read the morning paper! There is a WC in the corner.

    The breakfast area leads into the dining area which in turn leads into the lounge. This is a large and spacious room. You really will feel at home in the lounge with French windows to either side, which allow entrance to the front and back gardens.

    The back garden is large and overlooks a paddock occupied by a couple of horses. There is a large patio that covers the side of the house enabling you the opportunity to BBQ &/or sit and relax over a glass of wine whilst watching the children play.

    Upstairs there is a family bathroom. The master bedroom contains a King sized and offers ensuite facilities - shower, distinctive washhand basin and toilet.

    Two rooms have a double bed whilst the other room is made up of three twin beds.

    There are views of the countryside from all bedrooms.

    Travelling northwards along the A1, pass Alnwick. Approximately 5 miles later, at the point where the A1 becomes a dual carriageway, take a left turn, following the sign, North Charlton. Enter the single road. Travel for approximately 500 metres passing a house with a gated entrance on your left. Take the next gated entrance on your left. As you enter the private courtyard The Hemmel is straight in front.

    For Those Travelling South
    Travel along the A1. Pass the junction for Doxford Hall. The A1 becomes a dual carriageway. Take the next right hand turn, signposted North Charlton. Enter the single road. Travel for approximately 500 metres passing a house with a gated entrance on your left. Take the next gated entrance on your left. As you enter the private courtyard The Hemmel is straight in front.
