You have two fully fitted, air conditioned ensuite bedrooms with two single beds in each that can be turned into very large doubles if required.

Spacious air conditioned living area which can accommodate two more guests by utilising the sofa bed.

Further guest shower/cloakroom/utility room housing laundry & ironing facilities.

The open plan living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen lead out via patio doors onto the 30m2 terrace with built in bbq overlooking the pool & gardens, this is an exellent space for dining or just relaxing.
If your stay is during the mandarin season, you are welcome to pick your own for some delicious freshly squeezed juice- perfect with breakfast on the terrace!

Sun loungers are provided for lazing around the pool and gardens or why not soak up the sun from the shared roof terrace-with extensive views of the sea, surrounding hills and countryside.

For the more energetic there's the tennis courts and gym adjacent (local charge for these).

Location description

Picturesque Yalikavak lies on the north west tip of the Bodrum peninsula,one of Turkey's most historically important and beautiful areas.
Once a Fishing and Sponge Divers village, Yalikavak is renowned for it's superb sunsets,unspoilt shorelines, sparkling clean seas and windmills!
The relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect resort for those who want to experience the 'real Turkey'.

The new Marina has many stylish shops and restaurants as well as a modern amphitheatre for entertainment.
Boats from all around the world drop anchor here.

Dine out along the old harbour lined with numerous bars and restaurants, many of which are renowned for their fish dishes,the fish being sourced daily from the boats alongside.

Boat trips in traditional Gulets like the one pictured, can be booked from the harbour taking in secluded bays and stops for swimming.Lunch cooked on board, is included.
Yalikavak has all the advantages of a modern small town without losing any of it's character.
Up in the hills behind Wishing Well lies the old village of Sandima,where there is an art gallery & cafe and some wonderful views.
If you decide to Explore the surrounding area,
from the Dolmus (bus) station you can catch a bus to most places on the
peninsula so a car isn't necessary - Turgutreis,Gumusluk,Bitez,Neighbouring Gundogan is a lovely bay with a variety of watersports on offer, Bodrum for shopping and bustling nightlife, historic St Peters castle, and the Temple of Mausolus, the second of the seven wonders of the world. You can also spend a day in nearby Kos by taking the high speed ferry from Bodrum or Turgutreis harbour.There are also services to Rhodes,Samos and Simi.

For those with children,why not spend a day at the waterpark.
There are so many activities on offer including Scuba Diving, Jeep Safari,a trip up the Dalyan River to see the rock tombs at Caunos and take a Mudbath.The ancient Roman city of Ephesus & the Temple of Artemis, Pammukale For it's unique landscape. all excursions have a local pick up, or why not just relax!
There are three large supermarkets just outside of town providing everything you need for a self catering holiday,as well as local butchers,bakery for freshly baked hot bread and delicious pastries!
Thursday is Market day in Yalikavak, a must visit for local produce - fruit & vegetables, cheeses and other delicacies.
There is also a daily fish market.
