This two bedroom luxury apartment is situated in Vilamoura on the Algarve. An excellent resort located within 20 minutes drive of Faro airport serviced by many low cost airlines and boasting many excellent sandy beaches, one of the best only 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The marina is the spot to enjoy your evening in the many bars, restaurants or exclusive shops and with so many championship courses to choose from it is a paradise for golfers. The climate is lovely, on average 340 sunny days each year.

The apartment is within a small, peaceful condominium called Palm Village, which is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, marina and golf courses. The complex has extensive gardens, large swimming pool with children’s pool and children’s play area. The complex is fully secure with keypad access to the complex and each apartment block.

The apartment enjoys south and west facing aspects; this is particularly good if you want to enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun or an evening meal as the sun sets. The apartment has a large living/dining room, fully equipped with TV and DVD and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is modern with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room and kitchen open out onto a large terrace with barbecue and seating for six. Both bedrooms have twin beds and spacious built in wardrobes. The larger bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large private terrace. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The apartment is modern in style with high quality contemporary furnishings and benefits from air conditioning throughout (and additional heating for the winter months). There is also secure parking for two cars.

Location description

There are many beautiful beaches in the area, historic mountain towns & villages & local markets to visit. There are also many top class golf courses, sailing & fishing opportunities around the marina at Vilamoura. The marina is also a wonderful place to have a meal as the sun sets or enjoy a cool drink in the afternoon whilst watching the world go by.
