Apartment Kaiserstrasse
This bright and modern equipped 50 m2 (530 square feet) apartment is situated on the second floor in a 19th century building and looks onto a quiet courtyard. Due to its central location in the 7th Viennese district it offers a wide range of openings for tourists, most of the tourist attractions can be reached very easily bypublic transport.
The entire apartment is comfortably furnished and has room for up to four persons.
We provide PC with internet-access as well as WLAN for free.

a sleeping-couch (140 x 200) for 1-2 persons in the living room
- The living room offers a cosy seating and a dining table for 4 persons and cable-TV.
- The kitchen has a very modern equipment including refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric stove, a microwave and a coffee maker.
- A bathroom with a tub/shower. A hair-dryer, soap and shower-gel are offered.
- We provide sufficient bed linen, towels and tea towels.
- On request and extra charge we offer additional cleaning.

Payment
We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount.
It is possible to pay the deposit with your credit card per PayPal .
Please pay the remaining amount in cash (EUR) at your arrival.

Location description

Not far from the historic centre, but not touristic. The 7th district is the cultural district, mixed with tradition and new one. A lot of museums, theatres and a wide range of different restaurants in the neighbourhood.
