Description of holiday apartment in Vera, Andalucia

Our spacious, family owned, one bedroom holiday accommodation offers you air conditioning/ heating in the lounge/dining area to make you feel comfortable, whatever time of year you visit. There are ample facilities for 2 guests, making it ideal for singles and couples. Spend your days sunbathing on our apartment's South facing terrace, take a short trip to any of the spectacular local beaches or enjoy the beautiful on site gardens and pools.

Your holiday in Almeria begins on arrival at Al Andalus Resort. Access is gained via a remote control security gate and intercom system. You will be welcomed by our friendly, on site management team and shown to the apartment.

Well maintained community gardens throughout Al Andalus Resort in typical Andalucian style. Benches and planters are scattered around enabling you to sit and enjoy the best of the Costa Almeria weather . The large outdoor pool has a children's splash area and is open from May to September. A heated indoor pool invites you in the colder months (October to April).

The South facing sun terrace provides views towards Vera and the mountains. Soak up the best of the Almeria sunshine whilst enjoying a lazy lunch or having an al fresco dining experience in the early evening.

Within the apartment, you will be presented with a comfortable and well equipped lounge/dining area, furnished with UK satellite TV, DVD player, PS2, and sofa bed. There are many free to air television channels available and you are welcome to bring your own viewing card, although Sports and Movies may not be available.

The fully equipped self catering kitchen is clean and bright. You will find everything you need to prepare meals and clean up afterwards. A large fridge/ freezer is at the end for the all important ice cubes (especially important in the Almeria heat). A door leads from the kitchen to the small outside utility area, where you will find the washing machine and lines.

A comfortable double bed is provided in the bedroom along with ample cupboard space to store your holiday attire. The doors are South facing and with the shutters open on a Summer's morning..... Beautiful!!
