The establishment can host up to four people in a spacious and recently renovated environment, ideal for families.The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and lounge/dining area with a comfortable double bed settee. There is ample free parking space and a private garden with porch where you can eat outside.

The apartment is only 100m from the bus stop with a frequent service and 15 minutes from Venice. The home can be reached by car along the western Mestre by-pass, leaving by the Mestre-Via Castellana exit. It is situated 8km from the Marco Polo international airport of Venice; on request it is possible to use our shuttle service to and from the airport. The Venice Mestre railway station is 1.5km away and can be reached by public bus .

Al Gelsomino is a short distance from all that the mainland cultural centre of Mestre offers; Centro Candiani Congress Centre, the Toniolo Theatre and numerous cultural associations and schools, to name but a few. The new Ospedale dell'Angelo is 1.5km away and can be reached by the frequent bus services, whilst Piazza Ferretto, the lively animated main town square with its pubs and ice-cream parlours, is only 10 minutes away by foot. There are numerous green spaces such as Parco Bissuola, and above all, the new Parco San Giuliano nominated the largest park in Europe. This hosts the annual Heineken Jammin' Festival.
