The studio is very generously sized with kitchen/dining/living/sleeping area plus bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.

The kitchen is furnished with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave/oven, small electric hob, kettle and toaster.

There is a good sized table for dining and the living area is furnished with a comfortable setee, television and music centre. Books and C.D.s are also supplied for your enjoyment.

The bedroom area has a very comfortable double bed and plenty of storage for clothes.

Bed linen and towels are supplied.

Although offered without the use of pool and garden (unless taken jointly with our other property) the studio has a very large patio which is furnished with garden table and chairs, sunloungers and barbecue. Boules are also supplied and there is a boules court opposite the property.

The studio is ideal for couples who like to be on the go walking and sightseeing and offers very reasonably priced accommodation.

Location description

There are many places to visit in the area, medieval towns and villages,chateaux, gardens, prehistoric remains, cave paintings, markets etc.It is possible to visit many of these without driving for more than 45minutes.
It is a great area for walking and we have a large selection of suggested walks.

Other activities

There are facilities for water sports and fishing nearby and also for horse riding and bike hire.

Local events

There are weekly markets with plenty of choice of local produce and gifts. The night markets in July and August with music and food are very popular and lively and take place on various nights in the surrounding villages.

Directions

The nearest airport to Trémolat is Bergerac (about a 40 min. drive) and there are flights with Ryanair abd Flybe. Cars can be hired there fro Avis, Hertz, Europcar and Buggscarhire.
There are various ferry crossings from Calais and Portsmouth with Brittany ferries P&O Ferries, Sea France and Speed Ferries.
By train the Eurostar goes to Paris from where you can pick up onward connections.
