The larger village of Kiti is only 5 minutes drive away with a wider selection of shops and restaurants. Pervolia is a further 5 minutes on from Kiti, close to the beach with additional shops and cafes/bars. Larnaca itself is a 15 minute drive from the apartment with its beautiful promenade, marina, beach, restaurants and extensive shopping.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Sundays preferred in high season. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10.00 am on the day of departure but we can be flexible on these times should the apartment not be in use immediately prior to or following your stay.

The Larnaca area has many historical sites and is home to the world famous Salt Flats and occasionally resident Flamingos. For the more active, Larnaca offers an excellent base for a variety of sports from skiing or climbing in the Troodos Mountains to diving and sailing out of Larnaca harbour. Larnaca itself provides excellent shopping with a selection of well recognised high street stores as well as traditional Cypriot shops. For the historically minded there are many archaeological sites museums and art galleries in the town and within the wider area of southern Cyprus. The ancient ruins of Kition, the old capital are close at hand and an abundance of stunningly decorated churches and monasteries. With easy access to the coastal highway Tersefanou is perfectly situated to provide a base for both a relaxing and more adventurous break.

Tourist attractions

The Larnaca area is well served by a variety of beautiful Blue Flag beaches. Tersefanou is only a 15 minute drive to the famous Nissi beach. Nearby Pervolia also offers a sandy beach safe for children within calm sheltered waters. The beaches of Larnaca and Mackenzie provide the additional option of cafes, bars and a wide range of restaurants. Most beaches are well served by Life Guard facilities and a variety of water sports facilities.
Larnaca airport is only 10 minutes drive from Tersefanou where you can find car hire at competitive rates. While car hire is recommended there are excellent local taxi services. Paphos airport is about an hour and a half away.

Directions

Leave the airport and at the exit roundabout turn left (i.e. 1st Exit). Continue for approx half mile along the dual carriageway and at the 1st Roundabout continue straight over (underneath the flyover road).

Continue forward on this dual carriageway for approx quarter mile and at the Traffic Lights take a left turn, signposted Kiti, Perivolia, Mazatos etc..Approx 500 yards on you will come to a T-junction, trun right (signpost Mazatos).

Continue along this road for approx 2-3 miles (you will pass houses, shops etc).When you approach a petrol station on the left hand side you will see the sign to turn right to 'Tersefanou', take this turn.

Continue along this road which is a residential area, continue past Church on left. Take a right turn, where you see the sign for 'Tersefanou' l(ook out for Black & White kerbs).

Continue on this road for approx 1 mile towards Tersefanou Village, you will be able to see Majestic Gardens Complex to the far right right.

When you arrive in the village (the roads will become narrower and the buildings are older) you will follow the road to the right. When you are by the supermarket to your right you will take the middle road (as if going straight over) continue along this Lane for approx 500 yards (you will pass a very small Chapel on your right) and turn tight immediately after the new Detached House on your right hand side.

Majestic Gardens Phase 1 entrance is immediately in front of you.
