Description of holiday apartment in Sveti Vlas, Black Sea Coast

The Apartment is set in a small block of privately owned properties. We are located on the Ground Floor with our own private Garden and close to the communal Swimming Pool. Our patio gets plenty of Sunshine and is ideally located to keep an eye on those little ones when they are playing near the pool!

A short walk downhill takes you too the local sandy beach where you can enjoy the Black Sea. There are bars and restaurants dotted along the beach and Sun beds and Umbrellas to rent.

We are also only a short walk away from the village centre of Sveti Vlas, here you will find plenty of restaurants and bars along with souveneir shops. There are many other facilities including a bank, post office, hardware shops etc etc.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Laundry is 15Lev per linen set (approx £7 26/11/09). A set includes enough sheets and towels for up to 4 guests for use in the apartment only.
Cleaning is 50 Lev per visit (Approx £23 26/11/09)
Key release is 10 Lev (Approx £4 26/11/09)
A Deposit of 25% will be required on booking (non refundable). The remainder of the balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before your holiday. We will require a £100 security deposit. Once our Bulgarian Agent has confirmed that the apartment has been left in good order we will return the deposit.
On receipt of your deposit we will email you a Welcome to our Apartment document, giving you information about the apartment and the local area.

Location description

Sveti Vlas (or St. Vlas) is a lovely coastal village of approx. 3000 inhabitants, approx 5 kilometers north of Sunny Beach and 9 kilometers from Nessebar. The resort has a beautiful seaside at the foot of the Balkan mountain range. The traditional village has been developed into a modern beach destination during the recent years and is popular with holiday makers from all over the world.

Nearest Airport:	Burgas	40km

Directions

A flight to Bulgaria from London is about 3 1/2 hours. Flight prices vary but try Wizz Air who fly to Burgas or British Airways who fly to Varna.
Burgas is the closest airport with a short transfe, Varna has a 1 1/2 transfer but the journey is lovely with some beautifiul countryside to see on the way.
