The luxury apartments are extremely spacious and contain everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday. With hundreds of apartment complexes to choose from in St Vlas, Vega Village has, since opening in 2005, proved to be one of the most popular for both couples and families, with satisfied holidaymakers returning year after year.
We arrange rentals for over 40 other apartments at Vega Village including Studio apartments, 1 and 2 bedrooms and penthouse suites. Location description
About St. Vlas:St. Vlas is a beautiful coastal village about 25 minutes drive from Bourgas airport. It is situated approximately 4 km north of the lively resort of Sunny Beach and 9 km from the ancient town of Nessebar. Lying at the foot of the spectacular Stara Planina mountain range, the natural conditions from the sea, forests and mountains offer the purest of air.
It has three beaches measuring approximately 1.5 km in length, offering a variety of water sports (see ‘Things to Do’) or peace and seclusion for those wanting a more relaxing holiday. The gentle sloping waters are ideal for young children. A new luxury marina is being built is right in front of Vega Village and from 2007 you will be able to sail from here to Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
St. Vlas is a much smaller and quieter resort than neighbouring Sunny Beach, which is ideally suited to families or those wishing to escape the noise and crowds. You will find the locals very friendly and helpful and most can speak English.
Transport:
There is a regular cheap bus service from St. Vlas to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and Bourgas, with plenty of taxis available day and night. There is also regular water transport from Sunny Beach to Nessebar (3 km), Bourgas (35 km) and Varna (95km).
Eating Out:
There are ample restaurants in the village of St. Vlas offering excellent food, where you can eat and drink extremely cheaply.
Supermarkets
For those wanting to do their own cooking (though with prices as cheap as these you probably won’t want to!) there are small supermarkets close by.
Shops:
There are ample local shops in St. Vlas, a vast number in Sunny Beach, and for even more bargains a trip into Bourgas is well worth a visit. Bulgaria is a shopper’s paradise with bargains to be had everywhere. You may want to leave your shopping for holiday clothes until you get there – it’s much cheaper!
