Sleeps 2/4. Studio apartment. Amazing views. Restored this year to replicate typical Engadin mountain abode. Wooden hand carved panelling throughout. Hand carved, adult size bunkbeds with cashmere throws. Large optional sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen. Modern bathroom with shower. Ski/bike room. Outdoor parking. Please note that the apartment is small at 35meters square but has been finished to the highest level and offers all that you need. It would be recommended for 2 adults.

It is 5 minutes walk from the St.Moritz ski area and world famous Cresta Run. There are 5 mountains included in the ski region and all are snow sure from mid December - mid April with the ski lifts starting from 1850m and going up to 3400m. One mountain is open for skiing from mid October. The nearest ski lift to the apartment is 2minute drive in the car or 5mins by foot.

In the summer there are numerous hiking and biking trails accessible from the valley bottom and also from the network of cable cars and chair lifts.

There are restaurants,coffee shops, shops and spas on your doorstep.

Location description

Just because it has St. Moritz as a neighbour doesn't mean that Celerina pales into insignificance: on the contrary, the village is overflowing with charm, variety and sun.

Celerina’s cableways transport guests from the endlessly long valley plains up through “cloud nine" into the heart of Paradise. On the Muottas Muragl, gourmets will find the only Alpine restaurant that offers mountain dining by night, while during the day hikers can revel in challenging paths and spectacular panoramic views over the Upper Engadin lake landscape. On the Corviglia/Marguns, mountain bikers will delight in the demanding biking trails, while at the summit station families have fun at the large playground or the new paddling lake. The route back down to Celerina can be covered on foot via the Fairytale Trail or by mountain scooter. And here, a short distance outside the village, the Church of San Gian – dating from the 14th century – basks majestically in the sunlight.

The Engadinexpress connects St. Moritz, with Zurich International Airport. Arriving foreign guests drive from the Arrival Terminal 2 non-stop to Engadin. The shuttle leaves Zurich airport daily at 9:30am, 12:30pm, and 7:30pm and arrives non-stop at Silvaplana, St. Moritz, and Pontresina. People taking the train have at least two stopovers. The itinerary is effective between 17 December 2010 and 2 January 2011. Starting 3 January 2011 to 26 March 2011, the shuttle service is offered Fridays and Saturdays. The one-way ticket is CHF 75.-, a roundtrip ticket is CHF 130.-, and children up to the age of 12 receive a 50 percent discount.

If travelling from Milan airport it is best to hire a car. The drive will take you 2 - 3hours depending on traffic.
