It is a new, modern and tastefully furnished, fully air conditioned one bedroomed Penthouse. The Penthouse now sleeps 4 as we can accommodate an extra couple with a new double size sofa-bed.

The accommodation consists of one double bedroom, one bathroom and a separate kitchen next to a dining area and lounge with a comfortable quality sofa bed. The terrace is a very unique feature because it has two clearly defined areas @ approx 12ft square. One leads from a sliding door from the lounge into a private Gazebo ideal for eating and relaxing out of direct sunlight and the other from the Gazebo of course and a sliding door from the bedroom, that leads to a pair of sun loungers. A perfect private place to top-up that tan!

This apartment is very bright and spacious. Other facilities include washing machine, lift, cable TV and internet use can be pre-arranged. A telephone is also available by pre-paid card.

In a quiet location; and its only a few minutes walk away from the beach at St Georges Bay and the Paceville entertainment area which includes a Multiplex Cinema and a Shopping Mall full of familiar high street names. It is a 5 mins bus ride away from the Splash & Fun water park.

It is also just two minutes away from a fresh fish, butchers, and a fruit and veg shop. Also nearby are excellent supermarkets with Sunday opening, newsagent, bank, pharmacy, dry-cleaners, a hairstylist and a bar.

Location description

The Maltese Islands have superbly sunny weather, expansive beaches, a thriving nightlife and 7,000 years of intriguing history. There is a great deal to see and do. With a little help from any guidebook, captivating places of interest are immediately identified – the world famous Hypogeum selected as a place of World Heritage by UNESCO, prehistoric temples and grand palaces are but a few. The sister island of Gozo called the land where time stood still is a 'must visit', . The island of Comino with it's Blue Lagoon is a fantastic bathing spot. Fun activities include watersports, a splash & fun water park (5 min bus ride from penthouse), harbour cruises and open double decker bus sightseeing tours.
