This delightful studio apartment sleeps 4 people and is located in a pretty alpine residence bordering the ski piste at Saint Gervais les Bains. There are beautiful views of the Mont Blanc Massif and Saint Gervais from the balcony, which faces east, north and south. Large cellar and ski locker for additional storage. Open air communal pool heated in the summer months for residents.

This comfortable apartment benefits from under floor heating, well sized open plan living /dining area, bunkbeds in alcove/hallway area and a large balcony with fantastic views.

The kitchen area is equipped with a small oven and 2 ring hob, and the lounge comfortably seats 4 on one double sofa bed . There's also a TV with DVD player if you'd rather have a quiet night in after an active day. The living area also opens out onto a large balcony with tabel and chairs for 4 people with wonderful views of Mont Blanc.

The apartment has a full bath tub with shower attachment , basin and WC.

During the evening you are less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest bar and the centre of St Gervais, with its many bars and restaurants, is only 15 - 20 minutes walk away.

The apartment also has its own large private ski cave and ski locker which provided extra storage for suitases and ski equipment. Also stored here are two folding sunbeds and a umbrella for the summer months.
