Our Apartment is at Vuemont, which is an exclusive lifestyle resort community situated atop the inland hills of Barbados. This secure development over looks the west and northwest coasts, offering a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea.

No. 237 is a ground level, traditionally styled two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with air conditioned bedrooms & a spacious patio overlooking the three tiered community pool & a panoramic Caribbean sea view.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen layout leads directly on to the patio, where you can relax and enjoy the amazing island and ocean views. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, with the master having a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the patio. Bedroom 2 has twin beds.

We provide maid service once a week inclusive, if you stay longer than 10 days, extra maid service may be available at the time of booking, as an optional extra if required.

Vuemont has 24 hour security via trained Security Guards at the gate & their patrols around Vuemont. Our apartment at Vuemont is within easy reach of historic Holetown and a short drive away from Speightstown."

West coast beaches, golfing and restaurants are just a short drive away.

We do recommend pre-booking a rental car. Driving regulations in Barbados are basically the same as in U.K., they also drive on the left hand side of the road, as in United Kingdom.

We provide a collection service for a maximum group of 3 people & luggage to & from the airport as an Optional Extra at a cost of £60.00. Airport Transfer just one way will cost £30.00. With no luggage transportation to worry about you can then save a vast amount of money by hiring just a small 4 door, air conditioned, 4 passenger hire car, instead of a medium sized car.

Please note there is a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights, and that children under the age of 11 years are not accepted. Also we have a maximum limit of 4 persons per stay.

Our apartment is non-smoking, if you smoke please smoke outside on the patio.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1: We have a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights.
Bookings for less than 7 nights will be accepted
with a minimum charge for 7 nights.
2: Our apartment is for a maximum of 4 people.
3: Sorry no children under 11 years of age unless agreed.
4: If you arrive or depart on an EXCHANGE DAY.
4B: Departures are asked to leave the apartment by midday
on their day of departure.
4C: Arrivals are asked to wait until 4.30p.m.
before entering the apartment to allow it to be cleaned.
This Only Applies On Exchange Days.
5: Sorry pets are not allowed.
6: Availability on this site is only a guide
& may not be fully up to date.
7: If we get offers or inquiries where dates cross over or clash
we take the first confirmed booking.
8: Please do not smoke inside,
you are welcome to smoke outside on the balcony.
9: If more people than you have booked are found sleeping in the The Apartment, 50% of your Security Deposit will automatically be forfeited, our Property Manager may have your extra people ejected from our apartment.
10: Our Property Managers are in charge of our apartment
& fully represent us the owners in Barbados.

Payment Terms
A Booking Deposit of 30% of the full Hire Charge is required to make a booking. All remaining Hire Charge balance to be paid before 50 days of arrival. If less than 50 days before arrival the Full Hire charge amount to be paid immediately. Bookings cancelled will forfeit 30% Booking Deposit if your booking cannot be replaced. A Security Deposit of £200.00 will be added, to be paid before 30 days of arrival date. Security Deposits are normally refunded within 7 Days of departure if no major damage is found

Location description

The Vuemont complex has 24 hour security via trained Security Guards at The Gate & their patrols around the complex. Our apartment on the Vuemont complex is very near Speightstown which is home to a brand new luxury marina development at Port St Charles.

There are excellent shops & restaurants in Speightstown, as well as an art gallery & some fine examples of original Barbados architecture. Speightstown is a seafront town, you can sit & have a drink & a meal watching the Caribbean sea lap up by your feet.

Barbados has some fantastic beaches and these gorgeous golden beaches for lazy long relaxing days are a very short drive away.

Mullins Beach is only a few minutes away, water sports, boat trips & beach bar are all available at Mullins Beach. Also St. Peter has some less well known beaches which are ideal to just swim, sit & relax, possibly having the whole beach to yourself

Directions

Our Property Managers will collect a maximum group size of 3 people & all luggage from Barbados airport & take you to the apartment. We can arrange with them to do the same again for your return trip to the airport. We supply this airport transfer service to & from the apartment, as an Optional Extra at a fee of £60 British Pounds.

If you require this service for a group size of 4 people, please contact us for options. In order to reserve this service, it must be booked at the same time that you reserve the apartment. If you do not ask for this service we recommend you to take a taxi to our apartment, especially if this is your first visit to Barbados or you do not know exactly where our apartment is situated.

A Hire Car is needed for easy access to & from our apartment. We can arrange for a recommended Barbados Car Hire Firm to contact you after you book our apartment in Barbados. Normally the Barbados Car Hire Firm will contact you via e-mail at your normal address.

Driving in Barbados is very much the same as in United Kingdom. Barbados drives on the left hand side of the road, as in U.K. Traffic regulations are very similar to those in U.K although some slight differences do exist.
