Audrey's Apartment - off the beaten track
Welcome to our home in the quiet rural village of Zanakia, off the beaten track yet close enough for you to be on the beach at Curium in ten minutes, fifteen minutes from the attractions of Limassol or on top of the Troodos Mountains in fifty five. We offer our completely self contained air conditioned studio apartment with its own patio terrace, pergola in the garden and private entrance so you can come and go as you please.
Many of our guests describe this studio as a "home from home" with its well equipped kitchen but if you don't feel like self catering or grilling on your gas barbecue there are plenty of nearby tavernas to eat in or take away (even fish and chips within one mile). We have provided a list of recommended places to visit and places to eat in and are on hand to help with any enquiries.
We provide a first day welcome breakfast pack with freshly baked bread, home made marmalade, free range village eggs, seasonal fruits plus tea and coffee or a bottle of Cyprus Wine if you prefer.
The studio is equipped with a king sized four poster bed with cool cotton bedding for your comfort but there is also space for a single bed if required, just let us know.
There is a 42" flat screen TV, excellent cabled Free WiFi facilities to keep in touch with home, IPTV Android box with UK and worldwide channels plus Netflix for your enjoyment.
So sit and watch the swallows and bee-eaters swoop over the wooded valley with its awesome views to the sea at Akrotiri Bay or listen to the nightingales and nightjars in the warm dusky evening as you enjoy a relaxing drink.
Try the hanging chair under the balcony or the swing chair in the garden, it's the perfect spot to enjoy your cool drink and a quiet read or catch up with your emails.
Try the solar lit garden pergola for enjoying your barbecue or a late night sundowner.
Pick your own breakfast grapefruit or lemon for your G & T from the garden when they're in season or savour the succulent figs in summer. You are also welcome to

Perfect!!
This was the 3rd time we visited this little gem and it was perfect again! You really make us feel at home everytime we come! Thanks a lot for that! We're so glad we found ourselves a place where we can escape to during the winter months...
The location is perfect! In the apartment you find everything you need! Beaches, restaurants, and shops are all reachable in less than 15 minutes. Limassol town centre is about a 25 min drive! So there is plenty to do, but you can always stay home and relax on the huge terrace, enjoy the stunning view, listen to the birds, and get addicted to their grapefruits. I wish I had a tree like that in my garden...
On top of that, the hospitality we receive from both of you is priceless! We cannot thank you enough for that!
Too bad we only could stay for one week this time. Next time we'll stay longer, because there will definitely be a fourth, fifth, ...

Perfect holiday!!!
Lovely studio apartment in a peaceful village. Fits perfectly for two! It is well-maintained, has a little kitchen, a TV and DvD-player (with huge dvd collection) and the terrace is very large (with bbq)! The view is absolutely stunning! We really would recommend this to friends or relatives, also because of its location. The most interesting placing are reachable in less than an hour (Paphos, Lefkara, Limassol, Troodos mountains, Omodos, ...). Nicosia, Larnaca and Latchi are 1h30 away. In the nearby villages (Kantou, Episkopi and Erimi) you can find supermarkets, some restaurants, pharmacy, ATM, ... and they're only 10 minute away. The nearest beach is Kourion beach, only a 15 minute drive. Lovely beach, and nice to snorkel as well! The nearest city is Limassol, a 25 minute drive. Beautiful city with many shop and restaurants! The new marina is great for a drink and not far away you can find the best restaurants near the Old Castle!
On top of that, you can always rely on the warm hospitality of the owners and the good advice about what to see and where to eat. They really made us feel at home.
It was the second time we stayed here and we are sure there will be a third time soon!!!
