Description of holiday apartment in Son Parc, Minorca (Menorca)

Our holiday Apartment is situated on the lower level of a complex of 40 privately owned Apartments in a peaceful location. (The ground level provides free undercover parking for residents only). The Apartment sleeps up to 7 people comprising 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom having full size bunk beds and a single bed. Additionally in the Living room there is a double sofa bed . The Apartment has been extremely well furnished with particular attention having been given towards families with children. The Apartment is fully Airconditioned/Heated.
There is direct access to the shallow children's section of the pool from the Apartment's terrace via a lockable gate and one flight of steps. The pool area provides both terraced and grassy areas for sunbathing with areas of natural shade being provided by trees.
The Apartment has been equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing self catering holiday.
The safe Blue Flag sandy Beach is a 10 minute stroll away through pines and sand dunes.
Locally there are a good selection of Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets all within walking distance.
Access to the Apartment on arrival is not before 12 noon and vacation on Departure day is by 10.00 am. In some instances if it fits in around the next booking we are able to offer a later check out time. Please ask at the time of booking whether we can accomodate this should you need it.

Location description

The island of Menorca offers fantastic scenery and many deserted beaches. The Island is small and so therefore everywhere can be reached within an hours drive. The beautiful fishing village of Fornells is a 10 minute drive which offers and additional selection of fine Restaurants. Arenal de Castell is a 15 minute walk away across the cliff path offering another beautiful bay and amenities.

Other activities

Boat Trips are available from Mahon and Fornells. Diving is available in nearby Addaya. Golf and Tennis are available within Son Parc.

Local events

Local Markets are weekly in Es Mercadal and Alaior. There are also Fiesta's locally at various times of the year which are listed in the information folder within the Apartment.

Monte Toro the highest point on the island with spectacular views is a 10 minute drive away.
