Lovely apartment with great feeling, a much loved home with happy memories. The flat is on split level with breath taking views on lake and mountains, available to rent for short and long breaks all year around.

Open space with kitchen and living room plus bathroom on one floor and two double bedrooms and bathroom on the second. Sleeps up to 5 + 1 child in the cot. The apartment offers a 4x7m terrace with 6-8 seats dining table, hammock, chill out/sitting area.

Shared swimming pool with Jacuzzi and underground reserved car park complete this cosy resort surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Great walks and cycle routes on the hills.

The apartment is situated on the west coast of Lake Garda, between Desenzano and Salo’, facing the Sirmione peninsula.
Lake Garda is also well known for windsurf and sailing, spoiled for choices for beaches resorts.
