Irini’s house is a wonderful and unique independent apartment of 90 sq.m., that offers you the opportunity to have a completely relaxing holiday in an environment that feels just like it was your own holiday home.
It is a fully renovated apartment, equipped with all items necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay, serving either a family or a group of friends up to 4 people.
The apartment has great views of the sea and probably its very best asset is that it is located right above the beach of Megali Ammos. Next to the building a path leads directly on to this popular sandy beach. On this beach you will find a water sports school, several bars and restaurants and rental sun beds and umbrellas. The apartment provides a comfortable balcony that allows you to enjoy the views of the beach and the sea.
Irini’s house is located just a few minutes walking distance from town. In the immediate vicinity of this outstanding apartment there are several supermarkets as well as car rentals and tourist shops. There is a bus stop nearby from where you can go to many other beaches, and the last stop is Koukounaries beach, Skiathos’ most famous beach.
