Description of holiday apartment in Sivas, Crete and surrounds
The beautiful and traditional village Sivas, located in the South of Crete, is surrounded by true nature.
Here, we built in 2005 the so- called "Sigelakis Studios" on the top of a small hill with fantastic view. They are very comfortable apartments furnished in the warm greek style of this region.
All studios are 45m2 and comfortably and exclusively furnished. They have bath (Shower/WC), kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, music, climate, central heating, fire-place, balcony and own parking lot.
The calm situation, faraway of the mass tourism, as well as the cosy, comfortable apartments are best conditions for relaxing holidays.
Our studios are opened the whole year over. For further information we are to you gladly at the disposal.

The village of Sivas is located 62 km away from Iraklion, on the western slopes of Asterousia Mountains, at an altitude of 110mtr.The village has changed little from days gone by. Life revolves around the square where you can enjoy the company of local people who always make you feel welcomed. Sivas has a special feel about it, which is out of the fact that many people return year after year.

Sivas is an ideal starting point for trips to the beaches of Matala, Agiofarago Kalamaki, Lendas Kali Limenes, Komos, Agia Galini and Preveli.
Interesting and in the close environment are the excavations of Phestos, Agia Triada, Gortis and chapels, like the rock chapel Marzalos and the Monasteries Odigitria, Kaliviani, Kardiotissa, Ag. Antonios, Ag. Nikolaos. Moreover the museum of Vori can be visited.
