A charming apartment with garden for 4 / 5 persons, 55 m2 terrace and comfortable furnishings, full of charm and authenticity.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farm dating from the beginning of the century, in the heart of a typical village in the Auvergne Deves plateau at 1026 m altitude, between Velay and Gevaudan.

The cottage is beautifully decorated in country style with attention to detail. The kitchen, fully equipped, is open to the dining area. It has a gas stove with an oven of 80 cm wide, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The dining area, next to the kitchen is open to the living room. It consists of a table and 5 pretty chairs, decorated as the kitchen, with the theme of the tiles and Vichy "chicken" ...

At the edge of the dining area and lounge, an antique desk topped with a pretty lamp allows you to write your postcards!

The living room opens onto the garden and has a sofa bed for 2 persons and two wooden armchairs around a coffee table.

There is a flat screen TV 82 cm with satellite channels + football, a DVD player, a stereo, a nice electric fireplace. The cupboard is full of books and board games. Tourist literature is provided.

The room "Fargeoise" is at the corner of the house and overlooks a quiet garden on one side and the street from the other. Warm, in shades of burgundy, it is totally separate and has a large 140 cm bed, two bedside tables, two reading lamps, small table and two chairs, an alarm clock and a wardrobe.

The sleeping area "the Auvergne" is located in the small hall. It has all the charm of small dormitories of the past. It is bordered by a glass door to make it intimate, but "open". It has a sleeping for 3 persons.

Absolutely adorable!

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine. Decorated in shades of grey to remind you of the rollers of the Allier and the lava of volcanoes. With large towels and soft lighting.

The garden... private level terrace, with flowers, garden furniture and barbecue.
