Located in the Old City, C/Verde (Green St), is a pedestrian and narrow street and one of the more typical, visited and photographed in Sevilla old town, surrounded by old palaces and just few meters from the famous Flamenco Bar "la Carboneria". INTERNET WI FI ACCESS.

The apartment is on second floor in a middle last century building, in a small and modest community. The apartment is quiet and light. It has been recently fully renovated using best quality materials. No lift. Next to Menendez Pelayo Avenue. With circular bus and other lines. About 15 min. from the railway station "Santa Justa" and a short distance from the bustop terminal from the airport. A bike-line also connects with all sectors and most interesting areas or places of the city.

The apartment includes a living room with kitchen with all appliances: Large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, TV, air conditioning, etc. Two bedrooms and bathroom, suitable to accommodate up to four people.
