Lovely modern apartment to rent on the secure and private Parco Meridiana holiday complex in Scalea. The development has electronic gates and a large communal swimming pool, including Jacuzzi. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 2 storey building and has the added benefit of being located close to the swimming pool. It has open plan living room with sofa bed and kitchen corner, master bedroom, small bathroom and a terrace.

The apartment sleeps a maximum 4 people and comes fully furnished, television, washing machine, cutlery, oven, fridge and small freezer etc... It also has its own private parking space. During the summer months, you will find a water park, supermarket, hotel, restaurant and bar a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment is available to rent for a couple of days or longer. All inclusive prices start from 250 euros per week in low season and discount is given for longer periods.
