Ondarreta
The apartment is located in the Antiguo neighbourhood, a modern and exclusive area that stands at the west side of the city beyond the Miramar Palace which Queen Maria Cristina used as her summer residence. It is only three minutes walking distance from the beautiful beach of Ondarreta, located in the Bay of La Concha itself.

The area is peaceful yet only a stroll away from restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, health centres, pubs, etc.
It takes around 25 minutes to get to the city centre walking along the beach walk bordering the Bay or just a short bus ride of approximately five minutes. The bus stop is only a few minutes away from the apartment and there are buses to the city centre every five minutes.

This modern luxurious apartment is on the ground floor of a typical San Sebastian stone building of 5 storeys. All the apartment except for the bathrooms and kitchen has beautiful wooden floors.
As you enter it, there is a big spacious open living room – dining room area.

The living room has an elegant leather sofa facing a bookshelf and two individual sofas that become two single beds if needed. It also has a flat screen TV with Spanish channels and some English, French and German ones as well as a DVD player.
The sitting room has a crystal round table and seating for 6 people.
Next to this open area, you can find a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to its private terrace of 33 square metres which has a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing meal outside.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a great supply of cooking utensils, cutlery and all kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms in this apartment both overlooking a quiet and beautiful park that ensures a peaceful sleep.

The main bedroom has a big, stylish ensuite bathroom with a big tub and antique furniture that contrasts with the modern Italian designed furniture in the bedroom. It has a double bed and a desk and an ample fitted wardrobe for your belongings.
The second bedroom also has a big fitted wardrobe and two single beds.

In total, using the two single convert-sofa beds, the apartments takes up to 6 people. Children under 4 years of age are not allowed. Pets are welcome.
The apartment also has another modern fully equipped bathroom with a big tub.
Fresh linen and two sets of towels per person are provided free of charge.
The property also has wi-fi and a telephone with free local and national calls.

There is an optional car park in the very same building with direct access to the apartment through the lift at an additional fee.

Location description

San Sebastian is a beautiful city located in the North of Spain, just twenty minutes by car from the French border. It has a privileged location and its Bay is breathtaking.
San Sebastian is famous for its beauty as well as for its gastronomy.
The location of the apartment is superb, right by the Bay and withing walking distance to all amenities this city has to offer, for example go to the Old Part to enjoy the exquisite 'Pintxos' or tapas that are gourmet miniature cooking.

There is a gorgeous spa in front of the apartment that overlooks the Bay if you want to relax and enjoy your free time. Being at the very core of the city, you really do not need a car, but if you so wish, there is a private car park only 5 minutes away from the apartment.
San Sebastian is known to be one of the safest cities in the world, even at night. Its nightlife is also very safe and healthy.
