The self contained ground floor and first floor apartments are comfortable and clean, each sleeping 4 persons, and with their own entrance.
Both apartments are identical in layout: the living/dining room is an open plan living area, seating 4 people with fireplace, dining table and chairs. Equipped with DVD and CD player.
Each apartment has two double bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The front bedroom has patio doors opening onto a balcony.
The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and wc. Kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, cutlery etc.
Clean bedding and bath towels are provided (not for use on the beach). Communal garden with BBQ and sun loungers.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Prices quoted are per week per apartment. Bookings during peak season (June - mid Sept) from Saturday to Saturday. Early bookings require an Initial 20% deposit, payable by electronic transfer. A further 30% is required 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Balance rental fee payable 3 weeks prior to occupancy. Euro 200 security deposit is payable in cash on arrival. The security deposit of Euro 200 will be returned in full, providing there have been no breakages or damage to the property, return of the keys and apartment is left tidy. Reservations made within 8 weeks of holiday start date require full payment at the time of booking.

Location description
Cala Vadella has a beautiful cove with a sandy beach, which is suitable for family holidays. The bay is sheltered, and quite shallow and safe for swimming and snorkling. The resort of Cala Vadella, is 10 minutes drive from San José. Along the coast line there are many beaches to visit and good restaurants, catering for all tastes. If your interested in exploring the island, would recommend hiring a car either for the duration of your holiday or maybe for a couple of days. There are two diving schools at Cala Vadella, if your either a novice and wish to learn or an experienced diver and interested in exploring the ocean.Other activities

Most budget airlines fly into Ibiza from many European destinations, over the summer months. Rental car hire or taxis are available from the airport.
There is a bus service from the top of the road, which is a 10 minutes drive to San José, from here you can get buses and taxis into Ibiza town and San Antonio too.
