Our modern beachside studio is only a stones throw from the sandy and pebble beach, it is also next to Pwllheli Golf course. We are surrounded by beautiful beaches and country side. You can walk the coastal footpath and visit Castles and village pubs.
Your very own retreat by the sea. The water in June, July and August is warm enough to swim in the sea.

We provide a welcome pack, and bathroom towels.[please bring your own beach towels] All our bedding is new each season,the beds can be Twin or King size.

Tastefully furnished with wardrobe, dressing table. Also breakfast bar & stools . Sky TV: Flat screen 26" TV: DVD player, and WiFi. The Patio doors open to a gravel garden and at the side of the property is an area to sit.

We have a drying room for wet coats and boots [ please bring indoor slippers]

We can provide garden chairs for the beach and a windbreak, and umberella.

All gas and electric is included in the price. We can provide a service wash if needed. Towels can be changed midweek.
Note: we also have another bedroom suitable for a third person adjoining the Studio, Jack and Jill Bathroom. Please enquire.

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty and next to the sea and golf course. Within a short distance to Portmeirion and Snowdonia National Park.Surrounded by Golf Courses and Beaches, Coastal footpaths and hill walks.
Ideal for Twitchers, Horse riders, Golfers and Sailing.5 minutes walk to the Sailing Club and Marina.

Abersoch and Pwllheli have great sailing and watersport beaches.
Local fishing on the beach or by Charter boat.

Directions

A55 coast road to Bangor then Caernarfon, then Pwllheli.
from the centre of Pwllheli turn left at train station then first right down a lane to T juntion. Left then right at bollards. To end of lane we are the last road on the left. Parking outside the studio.
You can fly to Liverpool or Manchester Airport then take the train via Chester. Or drive the M56 then the A55.to- wards Pwllheli.
The Ferry is from Ireland to Holyhead, Anglesey. Wales
