2-storey 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment low in the valley of Puerto Rico.

There's a large private terrace with canopy over part for comfortable dining outdoors. Behind the apartment is a reserved parking place.

We have provided everything that we can think of that you are likely to need: washing machine, PC, broadband, outdoor furniture, fans, TV, DVD and music machine.

Downstairs is the main living room which includes a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen end. The kitchen has a small rotisserie oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a 2-ring hob. There's a shower room with w.c. and washbasin.

Upstairs are two roomy bedrooms and a marble-clad bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

Location description

Puerto Rico is on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria. It is particularly sheltered from the strong afternoon winds which affect most of the canarian coastline. This is really sun worship heaven at all times of year. In the winter you may lose a day or two due to a storm. At other times blue skies are the norm. There's plenty of other things to do too.

30 minutes drive from Gran Canaria Airport (LPA) almost all on motorway. There's an express bus hourly during daytime connecting Puerto Rico to the airport.
