Description of holiday apartment in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

This first floor, two bedroom apartment is on a small private complex in the 'casino' area of the resort, only 300 yards from the seafront. Beaches, the promenade, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within a few minutes level walk.

The complex has no children’s club or noisy poolside activities. Our two apartments here are professionally managed, well presented and fully equipped for self catering. There are no hire or use charges, cleaning costs etc to add.
(Wi fi internet is available in the apartment at minimal cost, free at the bar)

This apartment has 2 twin bedrooms with comfortable beds, Ceiling fans, Safety box, Ample wardrobe space, Hairdryer, Spare pillows etc. Iron and board.

The Lounge has a full dining table and comfortable casual seating, ceiling fan, 32" LCD TV with Sky family/entertainment pack and UK radio channels. VHS, DVD and CD players. Wi fi for internet on request.

Kitchen with FULL electric oven, grill, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large refrigerator and freezer. All pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware for full self catering.

Large sea view balcony with dining table, parasol, 4 comfortable chairs and 2 sun-loungers.

Bathroom with thermostatic shower and ample hot water.
Towels and linen are provided.

Pool parasol and base, first aid kit, cool bags, sewing kit, etc are all provided. .

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned, aired and checked weekly by our professional management company.

Late departures; Our management office can provide secure left luggage, shower and towel rental or even an apartment rental for your last day. You can relax and enjoy your last day without inconvenience or being 'homeless' if you have a late flight.

We may accept Sunday changeovers out of high season where this is a ten or eleven day booking requirement.

Location description

This is a small, usually very quiet complex with no childrens club, pool bar or noisy activities. There is a very nice, friendly cocktail bar at the entrance. Two sensible local supermarkets are within 300 yards. The promenade is 200 yards away with countless bars and restaurants all within a 20 minutes walk. Located at the very centre of the resort, all facilities are nearby, under 30 minutes casual walk to either the old town or Pocillos areas.
