Modern first-floor apartment in the village of Kukci. The apartment comprises a living room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom, and a lounge containing a sofa which can convert into a double bed. A gallery, accessed via a spiral staircase, provides sleeping accommodation suitable for one or two children. A balcony, furnished with table, chairs and an awning, provides views towards the sea, some two miles away. There is a reserved space for off-street parking.

Kukci is a quiet village with a small supermarket and restaurant both with easy walking distance of the apartment. A short drive or bus ride takes you to the port of Porec, with its picturesque Venetian architecture. Boat excursions from Porec allow you to explore the Istrian coast or take a day trip to Venice. Adjacent to Porec is the resort of Plava Laguna, where swimming-pool style steps provide access to the calm Adriatic for swimmers. Other worthwhile places to visit within easy driving distance are the coastal town of Rovinj, and the hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan.
