There is a large balcony where you can sit and relax on the sun loungers or wine and dine at the table.

A comfortable lounge/dining area with sofa, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, patio doors to balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and gardens. There is seating on the balcony for you to sit and eat, have a drink or relax and sunbathe.

Kitchen area is well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker.

Location description

The Orihuela region is full of history and culture with its many museums, monuments, churches and historic buildings. The nearby towns of Murcia and Cartagena are well worth a visit.
The town of Torrevieja is only 10 mins away and easily reached by car, bus or taxi. It is a fascinating place to visit particularly in the evening when you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the harbour and enjoy the nightlife and visit the museum, restaurants, bars and take a boat trip. It is surrounded by 2 national saltwater lagoons home to wildlife including flamingos.
According to the World Health Organisation the lakes make the area one of the healthiest places to live with health properties such as rheumatic dermatological and respiratory complaints and great for its curative properties for a large number of people.
On Fridays there is a street market believed to be the largest in Europe. You can also shop til you drop in the many boutiques or the new Harbenas Shopping Centre with many famous labels such as Zara and Puma. You can also go ten pin bowling, visit the amusement centre and sports centre.
