"Villa Perast" has 3 fully equipped apartments. Siena - Duplex Apartment; Roma and Juliette. This renovated villa dates back from 18th Century. Ideally positioned one row back from the beach front, enviably including (for those very hot days) 2 large private beachfacing terraces. The apartments are decorated to a high standard, including modern appliances, while retaining many original features. The villa is conveniently located for the growing amount of bars and restaurants available during the summer months. These all serve tasty regional cuisine, catering for all budgets. Perast is a picturesque and historic town, located in the Bay of Kotor and is a UNESCO protected world heritage site. There are two Islands off the mainland: The Lady of the Rock and the Orthodox Monastery, with daily visits arranged by the locals. Kotor - a 15 min's drive is a 'fortress city' filled with shops, restaurants, bars and cafe's.
Apartment Siena is a Duplex Apartment with raised ground floor main bedroom: Large spacious bedroom featuring one double bed one single bed, wardrobe, dressed with old fasioned Pot Belly stove.
A spiral stairwell leads to the 1st floor, entering a large living area and secondary bedroom with one double bed and single pull out bed (partitioned from the living area). Two bathrooms (one has bathtub, basin and toilet, the other a shower basin and toilet). This apartment has its own private terrace, with sunlounge chairs, sun umbrella, four chairs. Washing machine.
