This beautiful contemporary apartments is located on the outskirts of Hisaronu in the village of Ovacik. Once a farming neighborhood it is now home to many non nationals who have purchased their Home in the Sun.
Set in walled landscaped gardens with swimming pool and children's pool.
Entrance to the apartment is via a secure door. Immediately finds the cloakroom with w/c and wash basin and the laundry area.
Also on this level can be found the living room furnished with two large settees, lamp table with designer lamp and coffee table with designer glassware. Entertainment is provided with TV/DVD combination with satellite link, IPod dock, a selection of boards games and books. Entrance onto the wrap round balcony is direct from the living room and has views across the valley and over the pool. The is the ideal place to dine alfresco after a fun filled action packed day.

Location description

Although set in a quiet location the apartment is within easy walking distance of the bars, shops and restaurants of Ovacik. A 10 minute walk brings you into the bustling resort of Hisaronu with its many bars, shops and restaurants serving every conceivable cuisine. Market day is Monday.
Set back from the Attaturk Caddesi (main road) by 50 metres the apartments is linked to all nearby resorts by dolmus (bus) which runs regularly.
The beach at Olu Deniz takes 20 minutes to walk yet can be reached in 5 minutes by dolmus.
In the opposite direction find Fethiye - the largest municipal town in the are with ferry links to nearby Rhodes Island, a working harbour and famous ancient tombs set into the cliff face.

Other activities

The apartment lies in the foothills of the Babadag mountain - the largest mountain in the area. This is a favorite start point for para gliders to take off from attempting to land on the beach below at Olu Deniz.
