Description of holiday apartment in Orihuela, Costa Blanca / Alicante

I can offer two apartments full equipped 4-7 pax each placed in the midle of the golf courses, with garage, private solarium and a comunal pool and garden for only 700€ a week. If you wish only accomodation you have it, and in case you need a golf experienced person to be with you all time I can put you in contact with him for everything you could need, and you would agree with him price and service needed.

Next to our apartments there are several golf courses the most famous one is Royal Golf Club Campoamor. Ideally situated on the Costa Blanca in Alicante, Spain, it was opened in 1989. It is approximately 1km from our apartments, The Campoamor Golf Club has three 18 hole golf courses, surrounded by beautiful pine woodland and orange groves. Golf holidays are an excellent choice regardless of your level of experience, as there is a great choice of golf schools in the area.
Here the weather basks in over 320 days of sunshine every year, with a remarkably steady climate. All year round, the Campoamor golf courses are blessed with average temperatures almost never dropping below 15˚C, even during the coldest months of December and January. Average temperatures in the height of summer are around 30˚C daily.
Just 20 minutes from Murcia Airport (MJV), which receives many cheap flights from across the UK provided by RyanAir, a holiday rental apartment in Lomas de Cabo Roig is a pleasure to reach. Aer Lingus also provide cheap flights arriving into Alicante Airport (ALC), around 45 minutes away.

The apartment has a stairs patio to reach your private 44m solarium with a barbecue, and inside the kitchen on the right and the lounge in front, through the lounge you reach a balcony where you can enjoy outside meals, your morning coffee and of course that all important glass of wine in the evening facing south west from where you can see the pool and garden area. From the lounge you get into a corridor to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This lovely complex design is a gated community with no vehicle traffic inside creating a safe environment and giving you peace of mind for your children to wander. The communal pool area is itself gated inside the complex. Covered parking for your car. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and feature large mirrors.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers inside and have been nicely decorated and bedside tables with lamps.
It is full equipped to make you stay absolutely comfortable, it is a quiet area but at the same time very near or animation bars, restaurants and commercial centres, 3 golf clubs around, maritime walk…so it is perfect if you want to be relaxed and also if you want to join to the "FIESTA".
