Check in is from 4.00pm and check out prior to 10.00am. Payment of 25% upon booking with remainder due at least 30 days before departure. Late payment will cancel the booking and forfeit the 25% deposit . All cancellations must be in writing.

We accept no responsibility for personal loss or damage howsoever caused. In the event of the property not being available due to natural occurrence, fire or flood a full refund of the money paid for the rental will be given. No refund will given due to strikes, delayed flights and factors outside our control.
