    Luxury city apartment located on the famous Promenade des Anglais, beside C.U.M (Central Universitaire Mediterranean), 10 mins walk to the renowed Negresco Hotel with spectacular views of the sea and the Bay of Nice from its front balcony.

    This 2 bedroomed (78sq.meter) seafront, 3rd floor apartment has been restored by the present owners and offers a high level of comfort.

    It has full air-conditioning, automatic shutters, under floor central heating, large screen TV, DVD player, free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access, telephone, security safe, lift and permanent concierge based in the building.

    There are two balconies, the larger one off the sitting room has panoramic views of the Mediterranean, and the other, at the back of the building off the two bedrooms, provides peace and quiet with views of neighbouring gardens.
    The spacious lounge/dining area has original parquet flooring and sofa bed which opens to make a very comfortable double bed.
    The designer American style kitchen has original marble floor, granite worktop and is fully equipped.

    Walking through the corridor the main bathroom is on you left and has full sized bath with shower, toilet and large sink. There are built in storage units and a washing machine in the bathroom.

    The two bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment thus ensuring a peaceful nights rest, with access to the 2nd balcony.
    The master bedroom has original parquet flooring, generous wardrobe space, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom. There are two single beds which can be joined to make a super comfortable 6 ft super king size bed.
    The second bedroom also has wood flooring, wardrobe space, air-conditioning, two single beds which can be joined to make 5ft double bed.

    Location description

    Nice airport is France's third busiest airport. The airlines that use the airport of Nice are among some of the best known in the world.
    There are boat trips to Cannes, St. Tropez, Monaco, Corsica, Sardinia etc.
    Getting around Nice is simple as its served by numerous bus lines. The bus stop 2 mins walk from apartment will take you to the Port, Train station, Cannes, Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Cagnes Sur Mer, Paul de Vence and lots more.
    Velo Bleu (public bikes) are available to rent all along the Promenade des Anglais. Under 30 mins is free but you will need to sign up for a Velo card at a local store first.

    Directions

    Bus No. 98 departs Nice Airport every 20 mins, fare costs €6 and will drop you opposite the apartment (takes 10/15 mins.) at the Grosso/C.U.M. stop on the Promenade des Anglais.
    Bus No 23 departs from bus stop opposite Terminal 1 every 20 mins, fare costs €1.50 and will drop you opposite the apartment - takes 10/15 mins - at the Grosso/C.U.M stop on the Promenade des Anglais.

    Taxis will charge approximately €30 to the apartment.

    Prices for shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) available on request.
    Minimum rental period during the peak season is
    5 nights however shorter stays of 3 - 6 nights will be considered for any remaining vacant periods of less than 7 nights between reservations.
    Special rates given for long term winter rentals, please contact us with your dates for a quote.
    IMPORTANT: A management fee of 135 euros applies to each reservation regardless of the length of stay. This fee covers the end of stay clean, bed linen, bath towels and our agent meeting you on arrival.
    A deposit/holding cheque of €300 (Ł250) is required in case of damage or breakages, which will be returned within 2 weeks upon satisfactory check-out and full inventory check upon cleaning.
    Changeover day is flexible.
    Arrival after 16h00. Please note that a late arrival surcharge will apply to apartment arrivals from 8pm onwards.
