The unique and dramatic sea and beach views from this tastefully furnished two-bedroom apartment will take your breath away. Its panoramic south-facing balcony, literally a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean, is right on the un-commercialised El Playazo beach, the longest beach in Nerja, and adjoining the beautiful Torrecilla beach.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd (top) floor of a small private development (with lift) of only twelve apartments, within five minutes of the main shopping area of Nerja and between the smart Hotel Perla Marina next door, and the exclusive 4-star Riu Monica Hotel round the corner.
The vicinity of the apartment is quiet and free from traffic noise, yet Nerja’s amenities and two large supermarkets are within 2 minutes’ walk. Or stroll along the Torrecilla beach’s superb promenade fringed with palm trees to Nerja’s shops and restaurants. The famous palm-fringed Balcon de Europa with its spectacular sea and mountain panorama, including Morocco on a clear day, is only ten minutes’ stroll from the apartment through the charming old town.
The spacious and comfortable accommodation sleeps 3 (to 5 as possible 2 other people in the living room sofa-bed, for example children), and comprises:

Fully fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle.

Plenty of family activities in the area, including two beach play areas five minutes walk away. There is a spa facilities opposite the apartment block offering special rates.
Parking is available on the quiet street outside the apartment, or in Summer months if parking is difficult, you can use the Perla Marina hotel car park. (€12 a day) though shops, restaurants, Spanish ‘tapas’ bars and all amenities are so close that it is not really necessary to hire a car unless you want to travel outside Nerja.
