Description of holiday apartment in Nerja, Andalucia

Situated right on the Natural park of Cerro Gordo and with magnificent views on a privileged spot. This apartment is situated over a slope directly facing the sea and the beach of Molino de Papel (old paper mill).

As you arrive, you realize straight away that you are coming to a special place. There are stairs down surrounded by vegetation (olive trees, palm trees, pine trees and a variety of local flowers and plants). At the bottom is the main entrance with a huge terrace and two big balconies open to the scenery.

The apartment (60 sqm) is immaculate (well kept and decorated). There are electric sun blinds, a fireplace (to warm up winter evenings) and it is full of light. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is one bathroom and the best feature of the inside is the lounge and kitchen areas, that appear to melt with the terrace (100 sqm) through the great, glazed-in windows.
With all the facilities to enjoy of relaxing holiday by the sea and nature. There is a private way to access to the beach. Only 50m. walking down.

The accomodation is perfect for relaxing and be far away of noise. If you like the calm, the sea and nature. You will be near of the clearest beaches in this area, Cantarrijan ( nudist), El Cañuelo, Cliffs of Maro and Molino de Papel. In windy days is very comun see the surfers riding waves.

The access is from the National road 340. You have only 500m. of track in good condition. Car is necessary and the nearest village is Maro and La Herradura, about 6 km distance each.
In the surrounding are some more houses( cortijos) it is means you won´t be alone at all. Otherside this apartment is into a house of two floors. All are available for rentals.
