Description of holiday apartment in Montserrat, Valencia / Costa Azahar

Flora Villa is situated on the main road just outside the Spanish village of Montserrat. Valencia, Spain. Very private in its own secure grounds of 7,000 m2 mostly consisting of landscape gardens, fish pond, swimming pool and open space.

As you open the gates into the drive you will see the gorgeous rustic villa in front of you. The villa is divided into two. The whole of the lower level of the villa is what you will be renting.

As it is situated at the front and looking onto the landscape gardens, it has been named Flora Garden Suite. This area is of 110m2 construction and was completed in April 2010. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. There is plenty car parking available within the grounds.

Flora Garden Suite is a beautiful spacious place to enjoy and relax while on holiday or short break. You enter through large patio doors into a bright open spaced living room which is really homely. In the morning as you get up the sun shines straight into the rooms, what a lovely way to start your day having breakfast on the patio and the morning sun shinning down on you. Then relaxing with a glass of wine sitting in the garden in the evening sun. You could even perhaps as a family want to watch Spanish and English TV, put on a DVD, listen to a CD, play on the X BOX, read a book, or play board games and the children could be playing happily with some of the toys available.

The large settee in the living room, folds out to make a double bed if required for a 5th and 6th guest.

The head cook and bottle washer even though supposed to be on vacation, can be together with the family as the kitchen is open plan and to the right of the living room. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with fridge, gas hob and oven, micro, coffee maker, steamer, toaster and kettle. Tea towels are provided for your stay, and changed every 3 days. The dinning area is in the corner of the living room. This area seats 6 comfortably.

As you pass through the light long hall way you have a cupboard to your right with the utility items. Then the large family size modern bathroom with a toilet, wash hand basin and large shower. Towels are provided for your stay and will be changed every 3 days.

As you pass up the hallway you have a twin bedroom on your right. This is a clean bright room with two single beds, side tables and cupboard. Looking out of this window straight onto the garden and lemon tree. What a lovely sight.

Next, you have the large relaxing main bedroom which hosts a double bed, cupboard and floor to ceiling wardrooms; with French doors opening straight onto the garden.

Bed linen is provided for your stay and is changed every 7 days.

As you sit outside on the patio, you have the driveway with the gardens either side, the arches leading onto the lawn, another patio/BBQ area with table and chairs .( There is a gas BBQ for your use) leading onto the gravel and into the landscape garden with large fishpond and waterfall. Spot, the many statues looking out at you from among the flowers and bushes. Plenty of sitting areas with tables/chairs and benches scattered around.

As you reach the top of the steps you are then in your element cause you have a luxury grand 12mts X 6mts swimming pool and large sunbathing terrace surrounding the pool. The pool is fenced off for safety with a gate for entrance. But be aware, there are 4 dolphins on the poolside watching over you as you enjoy yourselves; occasionally they may squirt water into the pool. There is a hot/cold shower at the far side of the pool to wash down before entering the pool for that long cooling relaxing swim.
There are plenty of chairs, tables and loungers to enjoy relaxing by the pool and catching up on that suntan through the day.
There is also an outdoor fully equipped kitchen, for eating and drinking by the pool if you cannot bring yourselves to leave the swimming pool.

Just down the road, in the village of Montserrat has everything to offer you while on holiday, from a sport centre (tennis, gym, swimming pools, football field children’s play area, etc) to parks, shops, café, bars, restaurants to your local supermarket. Through the year the village has many fiestas and festivals to enjoy. So go along and enjoy the Spanish cultural.

From the village, you have local transport of the bus or taxi. In the next village of Torrent or Silla you can catch a train. All will take you into the city of Valencia. Now you can go and visit Madrid in 90 mins as there is a fast train from Valencia to Madrid which only came into operation in December 2010.

20 mins away from Flora Garden Suite you have Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste, this is a very busy circuit which host WSBK, MOTO GP, WTCC, FORMULA 1 TESTING, DTM RACING, CEV CHAMPIONSHIPS.

NOT FORGETTING THE LA TOMATINA (the tomato throwing festival in Bunol) and LA- RAIMA (The Grape throwing festival in Poble Del Doc, Valencia).

Flora Garden Suite is within easy reach of the City of Valencia, Airport, A7 &A3 motorways, local beaches of El Saler and Malvarrosa. I have made a brochure for your stay.
Of all the lovely places you may want to visit while you are staying here from Bioparcs to Waterparc to Museums to sports events. For those who want to have a game of golf El Bosque Golf course is just 20 mins away.

If you wish to proceed with your reservation, I will require up to 200 euro deposit (non-refundable)in order to confirm your accommodation. This is to be paid by PayPal. The outstanding balance is then not due until your arrival and is payable in cash only.

Please be aware that as standard with all holiday rentals, the accommodation has a Security Deposit of 100€. This is to paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on your departure following inspection of the premises.
You as guests can either give a clean to the apartment on day of departure or pay 50 euros for a cleaning service.

Flora Garden Suite is on the main road and is approx 2.4km from the main village of Montserrat, 28km from Valencia and Airport. Within 35kms there are many beaches in Valencia and El Saler.

You can fly into Valencia Airport with Rynair, Easyjet, BA, and Thomson Holidays.

There are many taxis at the airport or you can call our local taxi (Felix) who speaks english, spanish and german.

The Metro train goes from Airport to Valencia and then have to change to Torrent.

There are many cheap car hire companies at Valencia Airport and the bus service is on a regular service through the day
