Villa "I Due Padroni" is situated in the vineyards of the Oltrepò Pavese, a region in which centuries old villages alternate with castles and forests. It is no surprise that this region is sometimes called ”Tuscany of Lombardia”.
Villa "I Due Padroni" has three floors and is surrounded by a garden of 2500 m2.
The complete first floor can be rented as an apartment (95 m2) which can accommodate 4-6 people.
The apartment consists of:
two double bedrooms (14 and 17 m2)
a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and double wash basin
a large living room (20 m2) with a sofa/sleeping couch, TV, DVD player and radio
a spacious kitchen (17 m2), with dining corner accommodating 6 people, and equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and oven
a private sun terrace (40 m2) facing south/west with panoramic view over the valley.
Guests of the villa can connect to the Internet (wifi) free of charge.
The apartment has a private entrance. Your car can be safely parked behind the villa.
As guest of the villa you can also use and enjoy the terrace in front of the villa, the swimming pool and other parts of the garden.
When the apartment is not being let, you can book one of the two bedrooms on basis of bed and breakfast (B&B)
