We have a beautiful air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps up to six) on the Marina De La Torre Golf complex, with wonderful views across the golf course towards the fishing village of Garrucha and out to sea. Our ground floor apartment with large terrace is situated in a favourable position close to one of the two swimming pools within the complex. It is less than a 500m walk to the golf club house with the beach only a further 400m away.
Situated between the traditional fishing port of Garrucha with its fine seafood restaurants and the seaside town of Mojacar Playa with a variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste.
You enter the apartment via the large sun terrace that is equipped with a range of patio furniture including a table and 6 chairs plus luxury sun beds.
The large lounge is fitted with a sofa, which converts into 2 single beds, and matching armchairs complimented by traditional storage units and occasional table.
The far end of the lounge is used as a dining area with table and chairs.
The spacious front bedroom contains a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets and overlooks the front patio area.
The 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes with chest of drawers within and bedside cabinet.
The bathroom is beautifully tiled with bath, showerscreen, mirrored sink unit, toilet and bidet.
The large seperate kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and board.
The rear kitchen door leads to a private rear utility area that contains a plumbed washing machine, sink, drying area and hot water tank.
To add to your comfort the lounge has a colour TV, with English and free Satillite channels, DVD player, stereo system with CD, tape and radio functions and even a selection of DVD/CD's to play and books to read. The main bedroom also has a radio alarm and hair dryer for your use, if required.
The apartments are managed to a very high standard and are thoroughly cleaned ensuring that you have a relaxing holiday and feel completely comfortable in our home.

The apartment is let on a strictly non smoking basis.

Deposit/Booking Notes: Payment by Cheque only please. One a reservation has been made the dates will be held for 2 weeks to allow time for a cheque to be sent and cleared. An email will be sent to confirm payment has been received. Once payment has cleared a booking form will be sent via email showing holiday dates, prices etc. A non returnable deposit of 20% is required for booking and balance is due 6 weeks prior to holiday start.

Location description

Our apartment is situated between the traditional fishing port of Garrucha with its fine seafood restaurants and the seaside town of Mojacar Playa with a variety of bars and restaurants to suit every taste.
Located on the 18 hole Marina De La Torre Golf Course, which includes pitch and putt, driving range and practice greens. Hire of clubs buggies and lessons available.
Desert Springs and Valle del Este golf courses within an easy drive.
Numerous sandy beaches along this coastline.
Good sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and windsurfing available.
Bike hire, Horse riding both available in area.
Lovely areas to ramble, hike in unspoilt countryside. Sea fishing from the beach or boat trips. Plenty of activities in and around the sea with hire of equipment and tuition.
Spain's Sierra Nevada mountain range and Ski resort is about 2 hours drive away with a veriety of slopes to suit from beginners to the expert! You could be skiing in the morning and back for a relaxing sunbathe by late afternoon.
Visit the Alhambra Palace in Granada an easy drive of around 2 hours.
Water Park open during Summer season just a few kms away.
The Mini Hollywood stage set theme park, where they filmed many Spaghetti Westerns, is less than an hour's drive.

Ryanair and Easyjet both fly into Almeria Airport and others nearby airports such as Murcia and Alicante from various locations within the UK.
Car hire is easily available at all 3 airports but should obvioulsy be booked in advance!

Straight forward drive from airports no matter what time of day. We supply good directions from airport once holiday is paid for in full.
