Available to let is a large, light and airy self-catering 2nd floor apartment set within lush gardens and 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is perfect for couples, families and friends.

The apartment contains 2 bedrooms which can sleep 4, but possibility of 6 when using lounge seating area. The master bedroom has balcony with Atlantic Sea views.

There are 2 lounges with one lounge offering dining area for your convenience.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge and electric cooker.

The bathroom is fitted with sink, bath (with shower) and toilet.

There is also separate WC facility and wash basin.

The complex has 24 hours security. Parking is available outside.
Mohammedia train station is approximately 15 minutes walk.

The local amenities consist of the bakery, grocery shop and pharmacy all set within 100 metres of the apartment. The large supermarket (marjane) is set on the outskirts of Mohamedia and is 10 minutes taxi ride.

The complex has 24 hours security. Parking is available outside.

Location description

Mohammedia is a seaside resort on the West Atlantic coast of Morocco. It is known as the ‘madinate lwouroude wa riyada’; which means city of flowers and sports. Mohammedia is very popular due to a relaxed atmosphere and great beaches such as Santa Monica, Les Sablettes, Mannesman, La Siesta.

The Medina is vibrant and colourful section of the city. The colourful buildings with narrow lanes inter-twining between them will transport you back in time.

The Kasbah extends from Souss Street to the Al-Wafaa subdivision. It represents the historical heart of the city and has marked a transitional compromise between an urbanism of modern buildings and monuments, and the forms of ancient old Medina. Many commercials and services exist along the narrow streets of the Kasbah and the boulevards of the surrounding area, such as clothing merchants, wool merchants and fruit sellers. During the summer season, the Kasbah wall is lined with the artisan crafts market.

The east side of the city is famous for its beaches and the port area are bordered with wide roads and promenades. The sea and the coast are well maintained and clean; deep-sea fishing facilities are available. The Cap Mohammedia lighthouse stands on a headland close to the harbour.

Enjoy an evening stroll along La Corniche by the beach, stop for a drink in one of the beach front cafes.
The Mohammedia Royal Golf Club is very popular with tourists as it is fitted with the best of golfing facilities.

Diving, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, Surfing, Sur Mohammédia is also a resort city containing a golf and tennis club, casino and many other activities.

Bakery, grocery shop, the pharmacy and excellent restaurants all set within 100 metres of the apartment.

The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the beach located in a seaside resort called Mohammedia. It is on the West Atlantic coast of Morocco; conveniently situated 15 miles (24 km) north-east of Casablanca.

With excellent and convenient train services to and from Mohamedia operating to all the focal locations; which include Mohamed V International Airport, Casablanca, Rabat, Oujda, Meknes, Fez and Marrakesh, Mohammedia makes a central, well located base for travellers requiring a base on extended vacations.

There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 380 dhms.

ONCF trains from the airport are quick, regular and easy to take directly to Mohammedia.
