Location description

Located in the historic centre of Mindelo, in the charming neighborhood of Laginha, with a splendid panoramic view of Mindelo Bay. Situated within walking distance of shopping areas as well as great restaurants with a friendly and local traditional atmosphere, such as Morabeza Resturant, or Ponte D'Agua bar/pool/restaurant resort. Also a walking distance from the Mindelo Yatch marina.

Mindelo is a fantastic city being the cultural capital of Cape Verde. Music and arts dominate the culture and are very evident across the city. Sao Vincente plays host to the annual 'Carnival' and also the increasingly cosmopolitan music festival (which takes place on the beach at Baia das Gatas)
