Milna developed at the beginning of the 17th century. Town church since 1783 has monumental baroque front and late baroque altar is the work of Sebastian Ricci together with the sculptures of St Joseph and Jaramillo. Church is dominated by folk motive and you can visit the ruins of the gothic church in Osibovo.

This miniature oasis of the Mediterranean culture is rich in: sailing, fishing and vineyards history. Alongside long, curvy coastline stretch palm trees and from the hills you are treated to the unforgivable sights of Milnas valleys and beaches.

Near Milna are nice sand and pebble beaches – Pasika, Osibova, Lucice, Duboka, Maslinova and the surrounding places of Bobovisce, Lozisce and Bobovisce on the coast, charming villages of good wine, olive oil, fruit and a clear sea. Here, on the west side of the island of Brac, guests are welcome to enjoy the cordiality of local people.Milna has numerous bars and restaurants and loads of live music and concerts almost every day during the summer. There is one night club, however they close around 1am.

Milna is a lively place on the island, you can enjoy great food and fabulous atmosphere, it's great for couples or families, but to be quite hones if you are after a wild nightlife and party 24/7 Milna is not the right place for you.

There are loads of interesting things you can do on the island.

Golden Horn beach in Bol, it's one of the most beautiful beaches on the whole of Adriatic coast. The crystal clear sea, the beach, the vegetation, everything is beautiful and distinctive, whether you are swimming or sunbathing.
It gets some wind in the afternoon, so it's perfect for those who love windsurfing and kite-surfing. The shape of the beach shifts with changes in tide, currents and wind.

Blaca desert is one of the candidates for Croatia's entry into UNESCO heritage site, as well as the Dragon Cave after the dragon which an unknown monk chiselled on cave wall in 15th century. Beside the dragon there are numerous symbols of old Slavic mythology.

Vidova Gora is the highest peak on the whole island from which you can admire the view of Bol and neighbouring islands; Hvar, Visn and Italy. Underneath the cliffs of Vidova Gora and over the village of Murvica is the Dragon Cave. It can be reached by the picturesque walking path.

Blaca desert is a unique monastery complex with a great estate. As new times arrived and the way of life and earning completely changed, Blaca desert gradually faded away. The entire valley is now deserted and left to natural vegetative succession. The reconstructed estate of Blaca desert would today represent a unique monument of wise and functional use of natural resources.

In Škrip, the oldest settlement on the island, you can visit the archaeological and ethnographical collection. Tower Radojkovic was built during the wars in the 16th century. In 1979 the island museum was opened here. This building's important feature is in its 3 ethnical layers as well: Illyrian, Roman and Croatian. Near the museum there is a belvedere as well as a village cemetery and several churches which used to belong to the convent, now long gone, with no remnants left.

In Pucisca you can visit the famous stone mason workshop and school. Did you know that the White House is made of Brac marble?

In Povlja don't miss to visit the ruins of the old Christian basilica where the "POVLJA DOCUMENT", the oldest document written in Croatian language, was found.
The island of Brac has a total area of 395 km2 is the third largest island in the Adriatic.
