The large spacious apartment is situated in the ground floor of our historical former farmhouse. It has been renovated carefully and combines traditional Tyrolean architecture with modern comfort. It is situated conveniently placed near to Innsbruck (20 minutes).
The Apartment with upscale ambiance consists of 5 rooms with terra cotta flags, precious solid wood furniture and carpets is lovingly decorated. A wonderful light-flooded winter garden with lounge stands by. From here you get on the terrace with roses, lavendula, wine and outsight lighting. The large completely equipped kitchen with dining corner is the cosy centre of the apartment.

It is situated on 1000m MSL, 20 km away from the city of Innsbruck and the boarder to South Tyrol / Italy. In the center of Matrei there are many shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, physicians etc. The skiing area of Steinach, Bergeralm is only 4 km away.
