Brilliantly located beach apartment in Mahmutlar. Totally renovated apartment as new, with benefit of Olympic sized swimming pool, it is so vast it is necessary to have a bridge to circumvent it. The area is well provided with supermarkets, banks, bureau de change, and car hire. Many restaurants and bars, coffee shops etc.

The apartment consists of: Spacious hall way with intercom. Luxury bathroom with vanity unit and toilet, bidet. Brand new Kitchen with fitted hob, integral extractor, washing machine, new fridge freezer, combi micro/wave, electric kettle and toaster. ­Bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning, very contemporary. (Second bedroom is same size but no AC). Lounge as above brand new, with three piece suite, TV, DVD, air-conditioned, with lovely views of the gardens.

This is not Alanya, so no noisy discos all night. Would suit couple(s) in 40's, 50's, 60's etc.

Location description

Very pretty area, but not too hectic. All amenities available including Tescos! More like South of France than Turkey, except very clean everywhere.

One minute walk across the road, plenty of places to eat and great beach with beach cafes loungers etc. lounger and parasols available

Directions

Distances: 10 miles to Alanya city. Free bus available.
Antalya airport 75 miles. Transfer available from £10, or car rental can be organised at £18 per day. Gasipasa airport 25 miles. Opening soon!
