    Loweswater 4 star holiday apartment is located in the tranquil village of Mockerkin, close to Loweswater and the Buttermere Fells.

    Our modern first floor apartment is very spacious, light and furnished to a high standard. All heating, electricity, linen and towels are included.

    The sitting room is fully carpeted and there are two settees for your comfort. The room features a cast iron gas stove. For your relaxation there is a flat screen digital TV with freeview, dvd player, stereo system with cd, radio and cassette. A selection of books, guides, maps and WIFI are provided.

    A fully fitted kitchen is equipped with freezer, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric cooker and microwave.

    The two double bedrooms are fully carpeted and comfortably furnished, having lots of storage.

    In the modern fully tiled bathroom there is a three piece suite, consisting of bath with overhead triton electric shower, large hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

    Outside you have access to a shared enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating and picnic tables. Private allocated parking is provided. Secure bike storage available.

    Nearby you will find several local eateries and pubs. The Kirkstile Inn, a 16th century coaching house, nestling under Melbreak in Loweswater, offers home-brewed ales and locally sourced food. Also, try the Royal Yew in Dean, a very good meal at reasonable prices.

    The market towns of Cockermouth and Keswick are easily accessed, with all their many visitor attractions.
