This bright apartment is integrated in a historical convent built in the 16th century, the Convento dos Inglesinhos - the English College. The building, chapel and Park were completely renovated 2004-2008.

Right now there can be seen a large, unique park with water fountains and a nice view over Lisbon (Brigde 25th April, River).

The apartment has a classic, modern living room with a dining area for 4 persons. It also has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom. From the living room you can see the music conservatorium, the streets of the Bairro Alto and a part of the river Tagus - it is perfect for business travelers which need all comfort possible.

A parking space is available and additional services can be offered as wished. The location is very central, district 'Bairro Alto', you can walk into any place of the centre of Lisbon or you can choose to take one of the many public transportation to reach all sights in and around Lisbon.

At arrival, guests will be asked to pay the rest of 70 % in cash. A deposit of 200€ in cash will be held back, as a guarantee for damages. This deposit will refunded at the end of the stay.
