The apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou – just 10 minutes drive/transfer from newly built Larnaca airport. This upper floor studio apartment is located on the splendid Elysian Fields Spa Resort in Tersefanou village just minutes from the colourful and vibrant coastal city of Larnaca.
An exceptionally well furnished studio penthouse occupies a premier position on the upper floor of three within the impressive Elysian Fields Spa Resort. Newly completed in spring 2010, it benefits from an extremely large roof terrace which provides a wonderful place to relax and dine. The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. The studio is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase.
Once inside the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which incorporates washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery The open plan layout leads on to the main living area which is furnished with two single beds that can combine to become a six foot double, coffee table and TV/DVD. The owner has installed satellite decoder allowing a selection of English spoken movies and series. The dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs.
The studio has window blinds fitted on all windows as well as having been also dressed to add that special finish. The bathroom has a walk-in shower facility and is fresh and modern with all necessary linen provided.
The lounge area opens out onto a balcony allowing a further place to relax and dine along with the superb roof terrace which offers splendid views across the resort pool and beautiful gardens. The owner has installed a safe for security and can offer on request other services such as a Meet and Greet service, Welcome packs and airport transfers.
The resort offers splendid spa facilities ensuring a relaxing break at any time of the year with its heated indoor pool, well equipped gym and numerous treatment rooms. (20% discount for guests staying at the studio). A large outdoor pool set amongst wonderful communal gardens with bar and café facilities add to this marvellous destination.

Location description
The village of Tersefannou has a fine church, local meze restaurant - with live music twice a week - supermarket, cafe/restaurant and scrumptious (take-away, sit in or delivery service) kebab/bbq grill meat and fish cafe. All within a few minutes walking distance. There is also a large Carrefour supermarket within 5 minutes drive.The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away.
The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting.
Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

Directions
The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other.
From the motor way, exit at Klavdia. The apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course.
